Have I ever told you that I fell hopelessly in love with you from the moment you shared your food with everyone else before you ate? (and thereafter I swore that I would love you forever and ever to the end my life, haha.)
I know it would be too far-fetched and altogether unrealistic of me to tell you don't be too disappointed or heartbroken or cynical or jaded, love, because well, life's like that. But just know that you'll always be our big-hearted Rae no matter what - mine, Kenn's, Wei's, Farand's, Jon's, Cass's, BE's, Ah Fat's, and the so many other people whose lives you touched, 'cos its simply

Random post of the day.
Wei's valentine's day gift last year! Yay finally, haha. I wanted to take a picture of it before I gave it to him, but I finished the pillow just minutes before I was supposed to meet him and I was rushing. And after that I keep forgetting to snap a picture of it, until he decided that the pillow would cheer me up on some of my particularly bad days (which, by the way, are increasing at an alarming rate) and left it with gueh jing (chicken essence) and an adorable dog soft toy and a sweet note by my bedside one morning, so that that was the first thing I saw when I opened my eyes - the paper bag was really huge. So basically the pillow's in my care now and I get to take as many pictures of it as I want!(:
Okay here goes. Presenting: the present that I'm most proud of.

I almost died sewing on the 30 squares, but I think its all worth it. I blanket-stitched (don't know what you call that stitch but I call it blanket stitch, heh) each square individually, and I think they look so adorable, like a baby's blankie.(:
Okay I'm also proud of the bear I made for Wei, but that was with JunFeng's help.
The many things that are sitting on my bed so far.
I've been procrastinating clearing them out for years now. Some of them are really old, but then each and every single one has its own story and means something to me.
Ah well. Maybe I'll start clearing stuff after exams.

Yesterday afternoon, on all accounts, was a bad afternoon. I possibly gave the worse presentation ever in my entire life, and I had a hard time trying to differentiate my french tenses. On top of that, my feet were aching, because they were stuck in a pair of killer heels the whole day. I swear I'm never ever going to wear those pair of heels again, unless (a) I brought along a change of shoes, or (b) if I'm driving.
Yesterday evening, however, was a totally different story.
First up, dinner at Sourpuss. Yay I like. (:

Friends, like Sunshine ♥
You know there are some friends whom you don't see very often (say once every 2 years), but when you do see them, they just simply light you up so bright inside and make you feel all happy and warm and fuzzy all over?
